                          A strecth a day…..

If you think you’re losing that bounce in your step, stretching is the answer.”As you grow old, you lose your flexibility.Your become stiff.If you continue to stretch, you will remain flexible and limber”,Advises one middle aged woman.
And the beauty of stretching is that you can do it anytime, anywhere : while watching TV or working at your desk.Just a few minutes a day of strecthing the muscles of the chest, back,shoulders and legs can do you wonder.”How do you define old and young? It’s by whether you’re stiff or not,”points out Bob Anderson,author of Stretching.”When you start liking strecthing ang get more comfortable at it is when you stop thinking about it as an exercise”.

And stretching need not be complicated.You just need to remember a few things:
? Warm up.This is different from stretching.Warming up delivers
   blood and oxygen to the muscles and make them easier to
   stretch.Try walking up and down the hall for a few minutes.
? Don’t bounce.
? Hold the strecth for up to 30 seconds.
? Breathe, slowl, rhythmically

So Strecthing is Winning !
